When you arrive, the beds will be made and towels will be in the bathroom. You will find the kitchen is well supplied with cooking and dining supplies. Paper products such as paper towels and toilet paper are also provided. Kitchen appliances are full sized and include a smooth top stove, refrigerator and microwave. A washer and dryer are located on the main level off the kitchen.
The bedroom with a queen sized bed is located on the main floor with access to the full bath (tub/shower combination). There is also access to bathroom from the dining room.
Cable TV is available on both the flat screen television located in the living room as well as the flat screen SMART TV located in the bedroom.
The living room sectional is large enough to sleep two. Plenty of pillows and blankets provided.
The dining room table seats four while the kitchen table will seat an additional two.
The sunporch has a twin size daybed and another flat screen TV, (not connected to cable) with a player for a provided small library of children’s movies, as well as a stocked toy box for our young guests. The sunporch also has a large desk serving as a business center. Full curtains can be drawn for privacy for sleeping. A tower fan is provided for comfort in the summer. A radiant heater in the winter.
Wireless internet is available at the house.

The house can be rented by the day, for a weekend or up to a week. Check in 3pm or after. Check out by noon.
